What are your payment options? 
We currently offer PayPal and credit card.

How much does shipping cost?
Australian standard shipping is a flat rate of $10.60 for tracked post. 
We also have the option to upgrade to express post.
We now ship world wide!

Do you offer collection or pick up?
Yes! If you are local to the GV and would like to collect your order from Shepparton East, please select the pick up option at check out.
An email will be sent to you when your order is ready to collect. Be sure to check your junk folder for the email, if you don't hear from us in 48 hours!

Can you gift wrap my order or add a note?
Absolutely!
If you are ordering for a gift, please leave the details at check out so we can arrange this for you. Be sure to enter the correct shipping address at check out.
We ship within Australia only.

What are your earrings made from?
All the earrings on our website have surgical steel posts and clutches.
Generally it is the nickel in products that cause irritations and sore ears. Our earring settings and posts are nickel free. 
However, we can't 100% guarantee that any earrings won't cause an irritation as everybody's skin sensitivity is different.

How will I know when you restock?
You can sign up to be a Zoodles VIP by subscribing to our newsletter. 
You will be notified by email of our restock date and again on restock night and on occasion, with an early access code to the website. 
We promise not to spam you with emails. You will receive 2 per month at the most but sometimes they sneak through to your junk folder.

We also announce our restock dates on Instagram and Facebook so you can follow us on those platforms too!
